Hello lovely humans. I’ve been finding it harder to show up online and within my personal relationships these days— actually the past month. In a way it’s comforting knowing I am not the only one who feels this way. We’re all going through a series of realizations and transformations. Recognizing the importance of preserving languages, I feel inspired to learn more about my Punjabi language and and connect with my culture.
The Plight of the Eldest Daughter. On the unique experiences of being the eldest daughter- the guilt, frustration, and weight we carry daily. I felt so seen reading this. Sending love to all first born daughters. You are loved and appreciated.
Is This End Of Our Wellness Era? The shift in cultural trends from wellness obsessed to more hedonistic lifestyles. The article suggests that people are now prioritizing mental health and embracing authenticity over curated wellness aesthetics.

Her reflection challenges the common notion that loneliness is related to lack of love or relationships but instead argues that loneliness can occur within existing relationships. Creasy suggests that to address loneliness, it involves reflection and communicating personal needs.
